Ruth Christopherson

Ruth A. Christopherson, President and Founder, is committed to delivering significant, enduring improvements in Defense Department, Civilian agency, and public sector business practices.

Ruth’s leadership philosophy and professional experiences define the StratLynx approach—to empower all stakeholders with the means to act in alignment with the intent of their leadership to deliver clear, measurable results. She is passionately committed to enabling mission execution while making best use of scarce resources.

Before founding StratLynx, Ruth was a career DOD Logistician, having served 28 years as a Navy Supply Corps Officer. While in uniform, she addressed Navy’s most strategic business and logistics challenges, driving fundamental changes in enterprise-wide business practices through innovative transformation initiatives that aligned leadership decisions with execution and targeted outcomes.

Her most influential positions included roles as the strategic business advisor to two Vice Chiefs of Naval Operations, Commanding Officer of Navy’s largest Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) in Norfolk, VA, Director of Capability and Strategy for the Joint Staff Logistics Directorate, J4, and Deputy Director for Supply, Ordnance & Logistics Operations in the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, OPNAV N41.

A 1984 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Ms. Christopherson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Science, a Master of Business Administration from San Diego State University, and a Master of Science in National Security Strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces at the National Defense University, Washington, D.C. She is also a graduate of the Executive Development Program at the Wharton School of Business.

Ruth holds a Top Secret (Sensitive Compartmented Information) clearance.
